How do I get my restaurant on Restorant?+
Sign up at restorant.com.ng/signup. The onboarding takes about 10 minutes. Add your restaurant details, upload your logo, build your menu, and you are live. No technical skills needed.
Is there a free trial?+
We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card required to start. After the trial, choose a plan that fits your restaurant.
How do I receive payments from customers?+
Payments are processed by Paystack and settled directly to your registered bank account. Settlement typically happens within 1-2 business days after the transaction.
Can I use my own domain name?+
Yes, custom domain support is available on the Pro plan and above. You can use your own domain (e.g. order.yourrestaurant.com) and we handle the setup.
What happens if a customer wants a refund?+
You can process refunds directly from your dashboard. The refund is sent through Paystack back to the customer's original payment method and typically takes 5-10 business days.
